Who we are
This website is operated by Oben Legal PLLC, New York, NY 10128. You can reach us about privacy at terence@obenlegal.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email, organisation, topic and message.
- Readiness diagnostic: your answers and score are processed in your browser and stored only in that browser tab. They reach us only if you request the written report, together with your name, email, company and, optionally, your role.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain.
How we use it
To reply to you, and to prepare and send the report you asked for. When you request a diagnostic report you agree that it may be prepared by Themis Advisory Group, our affiliated advisory practice, and that Themis may contact you about it. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to us by email. Netlify may process data in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and report requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them within 12 months unless an engagement follows.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing terence@obenlegal.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
