We know DEI has been THE buzzword over the last few years. You’re thinking: it’s overplayed, it’s all talk, move on. You might even be saying: we’ve accomplished so much, it doesn’t deserve our attention anymore. But - we’re here to say diversity, equity, and inclusion are concepts that need to be discussed now more than ever. This ideology needs to be at the forefront of everything we do, from conception to execution. Leadership and sustainability are unattainable without a strong eye on inclusive practices.
